Security Light

You may use this form to submit a problem with your outdoor or security lighting at your home or business.

 

If you have a street light that is out in your area, please list the nearest customer and address to that street light.  In the account field, please type "STREET LIGHT."

Please enter your account number from your electric bill or the name your electric bill is listed in, a daytime telephone telephone number and your physical address.  Optionally, you may list your email address if you wish us to contact you via email regarding this problem.

Choose one of the following problems with your outdoor light:

 

Light is on 24 hours per day.
Light is blinking on and off.
Light is completely out.
Light is extremely dim.
