Central Electric Power Association customers have the opportunity to pay their bill over the internet or over the telephone. EDS is a company Central Electric has partnered with to offer this service. The maximum amount of a payment transaction is $3000.
EDS will collect the applicable convenience fee at the time of each payment transaction. You will pay $3.95 for credit/debit card payments and $2.35 for EFT checks. These fees will be collected by EDS at the time of the transaction.

EDS closes the payment batches for previous 24 hours at 7:00 AM central time and they send the batch to Central Electric to post payments. Therefore, payments taken after 7:00 AM will not be posted until the following day.
