Convenience Pay
Your bank can
electronically transfer funds to us each
month to pay your electric bill. We
will mail your bill to you
monthly, and
on your bill's due date we'll draft your
account. Bank Draft eliminates the cost
of stamps and envelopes, prevents late
payment fees and saves valuable time.

Water Heater Program - If a
member installs any electric water
(40 gals or larger), CEPA will give
the member a $50.00 rebate. Simply
bring in a dated sales receipt &
sign a CEPA water heater
installation certification form. Is
given in the form of a credit on
electric account. This credit is
available to any type of account –
not just residential.

e-Valuation Program- This is
a a mail-in energy audit called
the Home e-Valuation. Members
who complete our Home
e-Valuation mail-in energy audit
or Energy Depot for Homes
Profile online audit will be
send an energy conservation kit
filled with items to help you
save energy and reduce your
electric bill. You’ll also
receive a free energy audit
report to help you understand
where your home is wasting
energy - and how you can fix
those expensive leaks. The
energy conservation kit includes
two compact fluorescent light
bulbs, outlet and light switch
gaskets, filter whistle, two
faucet aerators, hot water
temperature gauge, home
thermometer, and “How to Save”
brochure.
Residential
Heat Pump Program – Fixed Low
Interest (8.00%) financing for up to
10 years, payments are added to the
electric bill. Heat pumps are
installed by Quality Contractor
Network (QCN) members who offer
expert analysis of home heating and
cooling needs , heat loss/gain
calculations, equipment
recommendations for maximum
efficiency and comfort, and
installation of equipment to program
specifications.
New Homes Program – This
program is designed to promote
energy efficient construction of new
homes.
The program offers: * Consultation and
recommendations on insulation
levels, air sealing techniques,
equipment selection, new
technologies, and other energy
saving ideas. * On site inspection to verify
installation of insulation and HVAC
equipment. * Blower Door and Duct Blaster
diagnostic testing to measure the
actual air leakage of both the house
envelope and the HVAC duct system * Full Home Energy Rating
System (HERS) energy rating and EPA
Energy Star / energy right
certification. * Cash incentives from $225 -
$650.
